Amazing Akela Challenge

Good news! We're going on another combined Scout activity - this time with the Cubs of St Andrew's Junior School. It's an Amazing Race at the Zoo and will help you earn your Animal Lover Proficiency Badge. Details below:

The Amazing Akela’s Exploration Challenge 2006
Venue: Singapore Zoo
Date: Saturday, 18 November 2006
Time: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Attire: Full Scout Uniform

The P3 and P4 boys will probably enjoy this activity most. The P5 and P6 boys may find it a bit too kiddy but I leave it up to you whether you want to attend. Official letters to parents and consent forms will be given out after the SA2 Exams.

In the meantime, there is no Scout Meeting for the P3 to P5 boys until after the SA2 Exams. The P6 boys will be the only ones allowed to participate in Scout activities (Movie Outing, Gold Arrow Tests, P6 Flea Market photo booth) during these 2 weeks. They deserve it because they were deprived during the PSLE. All the other Scouts are supposed to study for SA2 exams. Derrick, Noel and the other P4 boys, study hard! Then you can go to a top P5 class next year!

(Oh yeah, the tagboard is down. The website has closed down. So I have to look around for another free tagboard. Either that or spend money to set up a proper forum. Anyone with recommendations?)
